Once you fill out the initial signup form, we'll reach out via your preferred mode of communication to schedule a free New Client Meet & Greet. This is a brief meeting in your home to help everyone get to know each other - there is no charge for the service. Please also have 2 sets of keys made for us (or provide an alternative means of access to your home, like a lock box or door code).

We'll also follow up with an email with more information on signing up for Time to Pet, our pet services app and software.
